Cancellation Policy

If booking is cancelled a refund of the deposit will be made less an administration fee of $50 if 14 days notice is given in low season and 31 days notice in mid/high season. Cancellations inside this period will forfeit the deposit.

Mid/ high season dates: 22/12/12 - 26/01/13, 28/03/13 - 01/04/13, 21/09/13 - 05/10/13, 24/12/13 - 26/01/14.

MAINTENANCE NOTICE:
Painting of the building exterior is scheduled 7 May – 30 June 2013.  The painting will take place in sections and customers will be placed in the non-affected areas where possible.

The pool will be closed for maintenance until 19 June 2013 subject to weather conditions.
