Room Assignments
Please assign your guests to their rooms. Nominate their names to each rooms.
You have nominated multiple rooms; please note that the arrival/departure dates and payment details must be the same for all rooms. If these details are different, please consider separate bookings.

Deposit / Payment Policy

  • A deposit of $300 will be taken for bookings.
  • Low/ Mid seasons however if the booking total exceeds $1000 a $400 deposit will be taken.
  • If the booking is for high season a $500 deposit will be taken. High season dates:   22/12/18 - 03/01/19, 21/12/19 - 05/01/20.
  • Final payment is due on arrival.
  • Please note a 3% surcharge will apply for payments made with AMEX
  • Non Refundable Bookings, The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • If booking is cancelled a refund of the deposit will be made less an administration fee of $50 if 14 days notice in
  • low season and 31 days notice in mid/high season is given. Cancellations inside this period will forfeit the deposit.
  • Mid/ high season dates:  22/12/18 - 03/01/19,  04/01/19 - 28/01/19, 08/03/19 - 10/03/19, 19/04/19 - 22/04/18, 06/09/19 - 08/09/19, 21/09/19 - 07/10/19, 21/12/19 - 05/01/20, 06/01/20 - 27/01/20, 13/03/20 - 15/03/20.
  • There is no cancellation available on a Non Refundable rate booked. All Payments deducted will be forfeited.
