Upcoming building works

Important Guest Update: 

Dear Guest,

We want to share an update regarding some upcoming maintenance at the Osprey building. To keep the property looking its best, the exterior of the building will be repainted.

The works are currently scheduled for the following dates:
19 October – 18 December 2026
1 February – 25 March 2027

What to expect during this time:
Tower-by-Tower Process: Painters will use abseiling equipment to access the exterior and balconies.
No Views Obstructed: There is currently no scaffolding required, so your view will not be blocked.
Minimal Disruption: Only one tower will be closed at a time, meaning 4 out of the 5 towers will remain fully open for holiday enjoyment.

How this affects your booking: At present, all works are scheduled to be completed before your March 2027.
Should this timeline or process change due to weather disruptions or unforeseen scheduling adjustments, we will contact you immediately with a further update.
